Made with Hiatus Blanco

1 OZ HIATUS BLANCO
.5 OZ ORANGE LIQUEUR
1 OZ FRESH LEMON
.5 OZ AGAVE SYRUP (1:1)
3 RASPBERRIES
PROSECCO
1. Muddle raspberries, then add to a shaker.
2. Add remaining ingredients except Prosecco.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
4. Double strain into flute.
5. Top with Prosecco.
6. Garnish with lemon twist and/or raspberries.
