Made with Hiatus Blanco

1 1/2 oz Hiatus Blanco
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
2 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 Pieces of 1 in. Fresh Cantaloupe, cubed or balled
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
1. Muddle together cantaloupe, rosemary, and agave.
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
4. Fine strain into coupe glass.
5. Garnish with rosemary sprig and/or skewered cantaloupe pieces.
